These are all 100% organic and ethically sourced. I am not the world’s biggest herbal tea fan but I have recently been trying to wean myself on to them - I take far too much caffeine. Having single sachets of three different blends to try here means you can experiment with your taste buds without having to fork out for whole boxes. That makes my wallet sing!
This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray – 5ml
I have got through quite a few tubes of this in my time. I’m not entirely sure if it helps me to nod off, but the oil blend here (incl. lavender, patchouli and vetivert) delivered in a mist is lovely and calms the mind for sure.
Ila Spa Bath Soak Pure Relaxation – 50ml
An uber calming blend of vetivert and petitgrain oils. Pour a small amount into a bath, step in, close your eyes and let your mind drift… it’s not difficult to do that as I discovered last night!
